It’ s a tremendous organization, doing exceptionally valuable and innovative work. So, I’ m delighted to tell you about another very exciting opening there: Deputy Director of Strategic Services.
This position will help support a wide range of SEIU 775 Benefits Groups vital organizational functions, including Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Finance, Technology, Project Management, Enterprise Intelligence and Customer Experience. It will entail leadership in team management; process management; thought leadership and the advancement of organizational initiatives.
For this highly influential role, SEIU 775 Benefits Group is looking for a true pro who brings legitimate experience; credible leadership; and the emotional intelligence to exercise that leadership with both effectiveness and tact.
Ideal candidates will have at least 15 years of relevant experience. A master’ s degree in business, psychology, or a related field is a plus. Other pluses include a track record of partnering with senior executives on strategic initiatives and experience leading high-performing teams.
