I recently introduced you to Valant, a Seattle software developer serving the needs of the rapidly growing behavioral-health sector. This company is already the leader in its market, and it’ s clearly aiming for a new phase of growth.

To help bring that about, Valant (first syllable pronounced “ veil”) is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. As you might guess, this role is responsible for planning and executing B2B marketing strategies, including the implementation of lead-generation and customer-retention programs.

The Senior Marketing Manager will also take the lead for online marketing programs and activities, as well as for tracking demand patterns and market trends. This will include creating and executing the company’ s marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing and customer acquisition, and knows how to balance a self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.

In addition, Valant would like to see 6+ years of marketing experience – including experience with Marketo, lead generation, online marketing, vertical markets, and customer retention. An understanding of the behavioral-health sector is helpful but not mandatory.
